Schoolhouse Discoveries Shipping Policy
At Schoolhouse Discoveries, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely and efficient manner. Below is an overview of our shipping process and guidelines:
Processing Time:
- Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after the order date, barring unforeseen events.
- You will receive a notification once your order has shipped, along with tracking details.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your shipping address and chosen delivery method.
- Delivery times vary based on your location:
- Domestic (within the U.S.): Estimated delivery within 5-7 business days after processing.
- International: We currently do not ship internationally. Please contact us at support@schoolhousediscoveries.com to inquire about international orders. Please note that customs and duties may apply, and these are the customer’s responsibility.
Pre-orders:
- For items available on pre-order, the estimated shipping date will be displayed on the product page.
- Please note that pre-ordered items will be shipped once they become available, and orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items will ship separately.
- You will receive an email notification when your pre-order has shipped, along with tracking information.
Shipping Restrictions:
- Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us at support@schoolhousediscoveries.com for assistance.
Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking information. You can track your shipment directly via the carrier's website.
Missing or Delayed Shipments:
- If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, we will work with you and the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that multiple orders sent to the same address are sometimes combined for efficiency. So if you ordered multiple items and suspect that part of your order is missing or delayed, we ask that you please open your boxes immediately to be sure before reporting it. To report missing items, reach out to us at support@schoolhousediscoveries.com, within 60 days your order date.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
- In the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately so we can assist with a replacement or refund.
